Glycolic acid is an Alpha hydroxy acid that induces epidermal remodeling and accelerates desquamation which will result in quick pigment dispersion of pigmentary lesions. It also directly reduces melanin formation in melanocyte by tyrosinase inhibition. Glycolic acid enhances trans-epidermal absorption of the lightening agents.
Use only at night. In the course of using this cream, it is highly recommended to use Alexius sunscreen at day time. The frequency of application of this product is determined by the physician.
Avoid contact with eyes, lesions and mucus membranes. In case of irritation, stop its usage, and consult your physician. Keep out of reach of children.
